Through use of our traditional stone milling process, Nature’s One preserves the nutritional content of the grain. Slow turning mill stones keep the flour cool, which improves performance in natural fermentation baking and provides a variety of hearty flavours. The select taste of organic flour produced from our stone-ground grains is ideal for baking and cooking. Unlike high-speed steel rollers, our stone mills ensure the most nutritious parts of the whole grain remain, so we can pack all-natural goodness right into your bag.
For four generations, our family has been passionate in the agricultural industry in cropping cereals, legumes and dairy farming. Today, we also produce stone ground wholegrain cereal flours. Our products are made from 100% organic cereals grown on our farm, using sustainable farming methods incorporating organic fertilisers.
